To immediately access post-processing of the data of each experiment and interact with a composite data and computational ecosystem for large-scale statistical analysis, simulation and deep-learning techniques.

The platform establishes a computational ecosystem for life-sciences applications, based on both data storage and computing capabilities. The latter are particularly designed for GPU-based applications in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for computational biology. The platform, distributed among the partners, is specifically tailored to integrate with the other platforms: on the one hand researchers will have immediate access to post-processing of the data of each experiment, on the other they will interact with a composite data and computational ecosystem that opens the door to large-scale statistical analysis transversal to the single experiment as well as to simulation and deep-learning techniques dedicated to in-silico modelling.
