Option 1: Image-based phenotypic screening. Automated confocal fluorescence imaging combined with automated image analysis and quantitative feature extraction. Data are generated at the single-cell level and can be exported at both cell-level and well-level resolution. Allows kinetic multi time point measurement of live cells if needed.

Option 2: Biochemical assays. Fluorescence-, absorbance-, and chemiluminescence-based assays compatible with measurements of enzymatic activity, gene expression, protein synthesis, and cell viability. Data are reported as well-averaged measurements.
