Research Mobility Opportunity for Kenyan Researchers – Apply Now!

Area Science Park is offering three visiting research fellowships for Kenyan researchers at its Data Engineering Laboratory in Trieste, Italy, within the PRP@CERIC research ecosystem.

The programme offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced high-performance computing and AI resources, focusing on three research areas:

  • FAIR-by-design data pipelines for genomics and HPC

  • Benchmarking generative Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • AI-augmented numerical simulation for biological applications

Each fellowship lasts three consecutive months, starting in January 2027, and provides a monthly allowance of €3,000, alongside scientific mentoring and technical support.

Application deadline: 15 November 2026, 12:00 CET.
