Comprehensive target–ligand interaction analysis using complementary techniques. Kinetics are measured with Wave-delta and SwitchSENSE Helix+, affinity with Monolith X, and thermodynamics with PEAQ-ITC. Mass photometry enables rapid interaction assessment and detection of oligomerization and allosteric changes.
