Cell-based Arrayed Drug Screening with Live BSL-3 Pathogens

Available Arrayed libraries in 384 format:

1. Prestwick FDA/EMA Approved Drug Library – 1,760 compounds
2. Prestwick Phytochemical Library- 640 compounds
3. Smart Fragment Library- 320 compounds

Option 1: Biochemical assays. Image-based phenotypic screening. Automated confocal fluorescence imaging combined with automated image analysis and quantitative feature extraction. Data are generated at the single-cell level and can be exported at both cell-level and well-level resolution.  It allows:

• infection-based screening using live pathogens
• time-of-addition experiments to investigate the stage-specific effects of drugs during the pathogen life cycle
• kinetic multi time point measurement of live cells if needed.
