Post-Translational Modifications (PTM) Identification, Service option: Data interpretation

Overview: Detailed analysis of protein modifications such as methylation, phosphorylation, and acylation, focusing on their roles in regulating cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
Site-specific modification identification: we provide precise identification of modified amino acid residues, enabling a deeper understanding of the structural and functional implications of PTMs. This insight is crucial for both basic biological research and the development of therapeutic strategies.
Supporting structural analysis: our capabilities extend to structural biology, assisting in the interpretation of how modifications affect protein structure and function at a molecular level.
Workflow: Samples are lysed, alkylated and reduced, digested and purified prior nLC-HRMS/MS analysis. Pre-processing is performed with Proteome Discoverer (Thermo), data analysis is performed with in house script and algorithms.
