Protein Crystallisation and Crystal Imaging

Advanced crystallization technologies are tailored to create optimal conditions for your samples, ensuring enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. 
We offer automated crystallization screenings on nanliter scale sitting or hanging drops in SBS-sized microplates
Crystallization optimization protocols are applied with ad-hoc strategies in automated or manual mode; 
Co-crystallization or soaking methods are available for co-crystal generation. 
Ligands will be provided by the client. 

Service option: High-throughput (HT) Crystallization

Crystal plates storage and crystallization imaging are available using two automated hotel-based Rock Imager 360 (RI360) systems, equipped with temperature control at 20°C (Peltier based) and 4°C (chiller based). Systems are compatible with all SBS-sized microplates. 
Both systems capture high-quality images at visible and UV lights being equipped with a 12x Zoom Visible Light Optics and a fixed zoom UV camera is available on the RI360@4°C while the RI360@20°C mounts a  Zoom Multi Fluorescence Imaging (MFI) option which includes UV.

The RI360 is operated by on site RockMaker software to view and score images, generate reports and desugn new experiments. Images can be visualized and scored also remotely using the RockMaker Web access.
