Isolation and purification of high-quality, homogeneous proteins and complexes for biochemical, biophysical, and structural studies. Proteins are produced from ng to mg scale (95–99% purity) using AC, IEX, and SEC (ÄKTA systems), with rigorous quality control by SDS-PAGE, analytical SEC, and HPLC-ESI MS.

Advanced crystallization services with automated nanoliter-scale screenings, optimization, and co-crystallization or soaking methods. Crystal storage and imaging are performed on Rock Imager 360 systems at 4 °C and 20 °C with visible, UV, and fluorescence imaging, plus on-site and remote analysis via RockMaker software.

Advanced biophysical characterization of macromolecules using MonolithX MST/TRIC technologies to quantify binding affinities in solution without immobilization and with minimal sample use. Mass photometry is available to assess integrity, mass distribution, homogeneity, and oligomerization of unlabeled biomolecules from 30 kDa to 5 MDa.
