Biophysical Characterisation of Protein Samples

Well characterized macromolecular samples are often required to get high quality biochemical and structural data. 

We offer an advanced MonolithX system using MST  (MicroScale Thermophoresis) and TRIC (Temperature Related Intensity Change) technologies to quantify molecular interactions between a fluorescently labelled target and a ligand.  We can provide binding affinities of biomolecules in solution without the need of immobilization and using small amounts of sample.
A mass photometry based technology system is available to assess integrity, mass distribution, homogeneity and oligomerization status in solution of unlabelled biomolecules and particles in a mass range between 30 kDa to 5MDa.
